The Youth Entrepreneur Development Center (YEDC) offers a unique Homeless Prevention Initiative aimed at providing temporary housing and a pathway to entrepreneurship for youth and individuals facing homelessness. Through a Shared Lodge Space Lease Agreement, participants can access safe lodging while engaging in personal development programs designed to create lasting change.
Participants in our Homeless Prevention Program are provided a shared rental space free of charge as a temporary means to facilitate life changes. The agreement outlines shared living arrangements, terms, and responsibilities designed to ensure a positive and structured environment.
YEDC’s community efforts make it possible to waive all security deposits, application fees, and other typical moving costs for program tenants. This initiative not only provides shelter but also integrates training and work opportunities to help individuals develop entrepreneurial skills and take control of their future.
This initiative is more than just a shelter; it is a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth. Tenants receive access to entrepreneurial development opportunities, training, and support. Participants are encouraged to adhere to shelter rules, regulations, and curfews to maintain a safe and positive environment.
